Job Description
What role you will play in team: Providing technical support to end users, resolving IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. You'll be a vital part of our IT support team, ensuring a positive user experience.
What you will do: Respond to IT support requests from end users. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain IT assets and documentation.
Key responsibility:

- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.

Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with troubleshooting IT issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
