Job Description
- You are a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud. Your role is critical for building sophisticated, scalable, and performance-optimized Salesforce applications.
Your responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced LWC applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems, creating dynamic and interactive user interfaces, optimizing LWC components for performance, and developing solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns.
In addition, you should understand Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, support the configuration of Data Cloud data models, collaborate with the data team for effective data management, and assist in the setup and maintenance of Data Cloud environments.
To qualify for this role, you need at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including advanced LWC, Apex, and Aura components. You should have strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development, in-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

Your soft skills should include strong problem-solving and debugging abilities, excellent communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and the ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. You should also have a deep understanding of Salesforce data model, integration techniques, Governor Limits, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and declarative tools.
