We are currently seeking a COO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
COO Job Posting – Location India
Responsible for facilitating the management of internal operations and activities to support Cloud/Infra/Platforms in successfully achieving financial and operational goals and objectives.

• The primary role is to align with Practice leaders to understand their key goals, quantify the goals, convert the quantified goals into month-over-month milestones, and track progress against the milestones. For example, if a leader is required to reduce cost as a percentage of revenue, the COO will work with the leader to define a month-by-month target for COGS (labor/nonlabor), plans to achieve the MoM goals; track and report progress against those goals.
• Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
• Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the org’s efficiency.
  
• Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the org.
• Leads activities for better management reporting, information flow, cost management, forecasting, business process and/or organizational planning.
• Leads special projects as requested.
  

Required Experience & Education:

• 15+ years of relevant work experience
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
