Job Description
- As a Digital Solution Consultant Lead Consultant at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for leading Pega projects as a Certified Senior System Architect. Your role will involve utilizing Pega Low-Code-Approach tools such as Pega App Studio and Pega DCO, conducting elaboration sessions, and collaborating with the Lead System Architect and Business Team to translate business requirements into effective designs based on industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and integration strategy for Pega Application implementation aligned with transformational initiatives.
- Develop the overall data strategy based on clients" business needs and enterprise strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance for Certified Senior System Architects.
- Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology.
- Stay updated with current and emerging technologies, products, and trends related to solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals/objectives.
- Communicate solution options to stakeholders and business owners.
- Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs for scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards and practices.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making processes.
- Mentor and support team members, providing guidance for both Development and Business Architect teams.
- Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments.
- Research and recommend industry best practices for business problem-solving.
- Plan and forecast resource requirements.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using Pega.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the business and influence requirements.
- Exposure to product development practices and methodologies.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects.
- Excellent skills in process optimization and streamlining.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling.
- Experience with various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types.
- Proficiency in UI framework, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges access roles, RDA, and RPA Pega solutions.
- Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches, and software delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with creating UML diagrams, requirement management tools, Agile methodologies, and industries like Healthcare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality.
