Job Description
- As a Power BI Architect - Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive business intelligence solutions. Your focus will be on data modeling, report development, and ensuring data security and compliance. Working within high-performing and collaborative teams, you will present data migration solutions and influence key stakeholders in client groups. Your expertise will assist clients in driving towards strategic data architecture goals by enhancing the coherence, quality, security, and availability of the organization's data assets through the development of data migration roadmaps.
Your responsibilities will include designing and leading real-time data architectures for large volumes of information, implementing integration flows with Data Lakes and Microsoft Fabric, optimizing and governing tabular models in Power BI, and ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. You will also coordinate data quality standards with a focus on DataOps for continuous deployments and automation.
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in Master data management and at least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing BI solutions and data architectures. You must possess advanced modeling skills, proficiency in DAX, and expertise in optimization and governance. Strong knowledge and mastery of Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, and real-time ingestion methods are essential. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation/transformation and automation are also required. Additionally, you should have proven experience in tabular modeling, DAX queries, and report optimization in Power BI.

Your ability to plan, define, estimate, and manage the delivery of work packages using your experience will be crucial. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to respond to various program demands are essential for this role. You should have a deep understanding of key technical developments in your area of expertise and be able to lead the definition of information and data models, data governance structures, and processes. Experience in working in complex environments across multiple business and technology domains is preferred, along with the ability to bridge the gap between functional and non-functional teams.,
