Project Planning, Management, and Publishing Reports:
As a Client Project Manager at NTT DATA, your responsibilities include creating a detailed project plan outlining objectives, release schedule, milestones, deliverables, and more. You will manage efficient project delivery and implementation to ensure client satisfaction while controlling project operations to achieve corporate objectives. Tracking and monitoring the project's progress to meet client needs is also crucial.
Primary Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to final implementation. Ensure all services are delivered as per scope and timelines. Coordinate with clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams for successful project completion. Manage project teams through task delegation, resource assignment, and program management. Audit project quality, manage risks and issues, and facilitate project closure by handing over to Operations and Application owner. Adhere to processes, update reports/project status to customers, conduct infra audits post-implementation, and obtain customer agreements for project closures.
Knowledge and Attributes:
Possess sound knowledge of Project management, particularly in Data Center Projects. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) related to DC Infrastructure is preferred. Experience in Infra Migration Projects and advanced project management skills are essential. Strong relationship-building skills, ability to manage customer satisfaction, and high service levels are required. Excellent communication, team-building, and decision-making skills are necessary. Ability to manage complex tasks, promote project services, and handle project change management effectively.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field. Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP, are required. ITIL certification is beneficial.

Soft Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication, event tracking, meeting organization, Excel, Outlook, and data analytics skills are essential. Strong presentation, leadership, and conflict management skills are necessary. Understanding of services, products, and their scope is crucial.
Tools To be Used:
Microsoft Project Gantt Chart, WBS, Resources. Service Now - ITSM.
