Job Description
- As a Graphic Designer with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and designing graphics for various media such as social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations. It is essential to ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is crucial to ensure the visual content remains fresh and engaging. Handling multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes is a key aspect of this role. Occasionally, you will interact with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design graphics for various media platforms
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs meeting business objectives
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously for timely delivery
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience in designing user interfaces (UI) is advantageous
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus
- Basic photography skills and photo editing capabilities
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Qualifications Required:
