Role Overview :

The Lead Private Client Group (PCG) will be responsible for driving the growth of the PCG desk by managing HNI and Ultra HNI client relationships, increasing revenue, and leading the PCG team. The role involves client acquisition, advisory, trade execution, and delivering high-quality investment solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.
- Drive revenue through equity trading (Cash & F&O), mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, and other investment products.
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Dealers.
- Provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients.
- Ensure high standards of client service and portfolio advisory.
- Maintain compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk policies.
- Coordinate with research, wealth management, operations, and compliance teams.
Key Requirements :
- 815 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets (Cash & F&O).
- Experience handling HNI / Ultra HNI clients.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and grow AUM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
