Finance Internship In Gurgaon

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support the management and control of the companys fixed assets by maintaining an accurate and updated Fixed Asset Register (FAR). The role involves asset tagging, tracking asset movement across employees and locations, and ensuring complete visibility of assets such as laptops, mobiles, furniture, and office equipment. The intern will coordinate with Admin, IT, and HR teams to maintain proper asset allocation records, verify asset ownership, and ensure all additions, transfers, and disposals are properly documented.
The intern will also assist in periodic physical verification and reconciliation of assets, highlight discrepancies, and ensure assets are in good working condition within company premises or with assigned employees. Additionally, the role includes tracking asset insurance coverage, supporting renewals, and maintaining proper documentation for compliance. This position requires strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and a disciplined, process-oriented approach to ensure effective asset control and accountability.
