We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and AI to join our team of skilled and motivated engineers. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you will craft and implement advanced analytical models. **Responsibilities:**
- Analyze extensive structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to address business challenges.
- Create robust data pipelines and analytics dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor team members on data science processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the analytics process.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvement within the analytics function.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis with exposure to large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and the model lifecycle.
- Strong grounding in statistics, regression, classification, clustering, and analytical methods.

- Knowledge of SQL and experience in large-scale data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to quickly grasp domain knowledge and apply analytical skills effectively.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in analyzing extensive datasets.
- Familiarity with global low-latency cloud-based streaming services and networking challenges.
- Experience in C++ software development, optimization, and debugging.
- Knowledge of computer networking or WiFi networks.,
