Nvizion Solutions - Senior Business Analyst

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance leads to define, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for MDM projects. The candidate must be open for onsite travel to Saudi Arabia for 3-6 months.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for MDM and data governance initiatives.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models.

- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.

- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.

- Maintain business process documentation and change logs.

Primary Qualifications

- Strong understanding of data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master.

- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Ataccama, Stibo, etc.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, use case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or MDM/PIM (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional CIMP) is a plus.
