Role Purpose
To establish and maintain the gold standard for sales conversations at NxtWave while serving as the human intelligence behind our next-generation AI-powered call auditing platform.
About The Role
We are looking for sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented individuals to join the founding team of our new Sales Quality division. With over 4,000 sales calls occurring daily, this role is critical to ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy across our sales ecosystem.
As a Sales Quality Analyst, you will begin by manually auditing sales calls to develop deep expertise in what defines a successful conversation at NxtWave. Over time, your insights will directly shape our AI-driven auditing platform, transitioning your work from manual audits to supervising and refining an intelligent, semi-automated system. This role sits at the intersection of sales, quality, and AI innovation ideal for someone eager to grow in a high-impact, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit recorded sales calls against predefined quality and compliance guidelines with exceptional accuracy.
- Identify recurring patterns, best practices, and improvement areas to elevate overall sales quality.
- Deliver clear, data-backed reports and actionable insights to sales managers and leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the product team, providing structured feedback, annotated examples, and audit logic to train the AI model.
- Test and refine AI-generated reports to ensure precision and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of scorecards, logic frameworks, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Post-AI deployment, validate automated reports, supervise the systems performance, and focus on trend analysis and strategic insights.
- 03 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or other detail-oriented roles (including customer service or sales).
- Strong listening and analytical skills, with the ability to detect subtle cues in conversations.
- Tech-curious and adaptable, with a genuine interest in AI, data, and process automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Objective, disciplined, and capable of providing unbiased feedback.
- Working Days: 6 (Sunday Off)
