Warehouse Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records on a regular basis.
• Prepare inventory valuation reports and assist in monthly financial closing.
• Ensure proper documentation for all goods received and issued from the warehouse.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for timely
payments.
• Monitor stock movements and report any variances or discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams and assist the Warehouse Manager in
preparing daily and monthly inventory summaries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in accounting or inventory control (preferably in the
scaffolding or construction industry).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with both warehouse and finance teams.
• Excellent English communication required; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.

6 days per week
