OAWA is Indias leading coaching and consulting platform for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Wealth Managers, RIAs, and financial professionals. Our programs help them scale AUM, attract premium clients, and build future-ready practices through structured mentorship and strategic interventions.

Were now expanding and looking for a Consulting Associate to work directly with our Founder in helping our mentees succeed.

As a Consulting Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our enrolled participants. Youll work alongside Sujoy to help implement strategies, track mentee progress, facilitate sessions, and provide tactical and emotional support to wealth managers going through business transformation.

This role is a blend of coaching support, client success management, and execution guidance perfect for someone who enjoys financial services, entrepreneurship, and hands-on mentorship.

• Act as the first point of contact for mentees (MFDs/wealth managers) going through the Growth Matrix programs
• Support Sujoy in delivering strategic recommendations to mentees during live or 1-on-1 sessions
• Track implementation, progress, and challenges for each mentee using simple dashboards and systems
• Provide actionable feedback, reminders, and accountability follow-ups
• Conduct review calls, assist with onboarding, and resolve operational queries
• Curate best practices and success templates based on client journeys
• Liaise with the content team to convert strategies into easy-to-follow toolkits and frameworks
  

• A finance-savvy, people-oriented professional who loves solving real business problems
• Someone with 13 years experience in consulting, client servicing, financial planning, or program management
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) with confidence to lead conversations with business owners

  Get Hired
  Basic understanding of financial advisory / mutual funds / wealth management is a strong plus
