As we grow, were looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Associate Manager to amplify our brand presence, build authentic creator relationships and drive engagement across digital channels.

What Youll Do at Oben Electric

Plan, execute and manage influencer marketing campaigns that amplify Oben Electrics brand presence, showcasing our electric motorcycles as the go-to choice for urban commuters.

Identify, approach and build strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors who share our passion for electric mobility, performance, and bold urban style.

Collaborate directly with creators to co-create authentic content that highlights Oben Electrics product strengths, like the Rorr EZ and Sigma models, without sounding scripted or salesy.

Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, and optimize strategies to ensure maximum impact.

Manage influencer budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Keep a pulse on evolving influencer trends, emerging platforms and best practices, especially in the EV space, so Oben stays ahead of the curve.

What Were Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media, preferably with experience in consumer products, automotive, or tech brands.
• Strong network of influencers is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and content trends.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Data-driven mindset: able to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Passion for electric vehicles, mobility, or tech is a big advantage.
