Role Overview

As a Content & Prompt Specialist, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate content across multiple projects, including summarization tasks, prompt engineering, and guideline interpretation. You will work closely with our AI and content teams to ensure that our deliverables meet both client expectations and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Summarization Tasks:

- Read and understand complex text from various domains (e.g., business, technical, marketing).

- Extract key points and produce concise, clear summaries that accurately reflect the original content.

2. Prompt Engineering:

- Craft and optimize prompts for AI-based systems to generate desired outputs.

- Collaborate with the AI team to iterate on prompt designs and enhance model performance.

3. Guideline Adherence:

- Study and interpret project-specific instructions, style guides, or editorial rules thoroughly.

- Ensure all deliverables comply with formatting, tone, and language requirements.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Perform self-reviews and peer reviews to maintain high standards.

- Revise content as needed based on feedback from stakeholders or automated tools.

5. Communication & Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (AI specialists, project managers) to align on goals.

- Share insights and best practices to continually improve project workflows.

Qualifications

Exceptional English Writing Skills: Demonstrable ability to produce high-quality written content, with strong grammar, vocabulary, and clarity.

Attention to Detail: Proven track record of meticulously following guidelines and ensuring accuracy in work.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand and summarize complex information or instructions.
