Note: This is a 3-month contract role and may be extended based on project requirements and performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our

Natural Language Processing (NLP) project. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will support AI/ML initiatives by creating, reviewing, and annotating language-based content while ensuring high-quality grammar, sentence structure, and linguistic accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and annotate text data for NLP and Generative AI projects.
• Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written content.
• Develop captions and communication content for digital platforms when required.
• Ensure high standards of English grammar, sentence formation, vocabulary, and language quality.
• Identify inconsistencies and maintain annotation quality by following detailed project guidelines.
• Create and review content using text, photos, and videos where applicable.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong grammar, sentence formation, and vocabulary.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure annotation quality.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP and data annotation projects.
• Basic knowledge of content creation using photos and videos.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Experience with content creation tools or basic photo/video editing software is an added advantage
