About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Generative AI Specialist to oversee AI data annotation projects, guide a team of annotators, and work closely with AI researchers and engineers to enhance NLP and Generative AI models. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of AI data labeling and model improvement initiatives.

As part of this role, youll contribute to building and refining cutting-edge AI applications such as chatbots, content generation, summarization systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data annotators to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Supervise annotation tasks across various domains (text, image, audio, and video).
• Annotate and review text data for NLP tasks such as entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and coherence.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models (LLMs, chatbots, creative AI, etc.).
• Conduct regular quality checks and feedback sessions to maintain annotation accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and engineers to improve model performance.
• Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
• Analyze AI outputs and provide structured feedback to enhance model reliability and reduce bias.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, updates, and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in Generative AI, NLP, or Data Annotation projects.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of data annotators or working in a similar supervisory capacity.
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience with advanced Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).
