Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC specialist at OCL Iron & Steels Limited, located in Laikera. The role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation systems. Day-to-day tasks include designing control system logic, performing routine inspections, resolving system malfunctions, and ensuring smooth plant operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and implementing efficiency improvements are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC Programming, Troubleshooting, and Logic Design for automation
• Familiarity with Industrial Automation, Process Control Systems, and related equipment
• Skills in Electrical System Maintenance, Interpretation of Technical Schematics, and Diagnostics

Get Hired
• Understanding of Control Panels, Sensor Integration, and Hardware Setup
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems is an advantage

• Prior experience in the steel industry or manufacturing environment is beneficial
