Human Resources Administrative Staff

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Staff to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities (documentation, orientations, clearances)
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, certificates, and reports
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding HR-related requests
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Experience with HR systems or payroll tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
