Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra.

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Property Showcasing & Negotiation:
  • Organize and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate deals to achieve the best terms for clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice based on market conditions.
Documentation & Compliance:
  • Assist clients with the preparation and review of necessary documents.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other real estate professionals, including brokers, lawyers, and mortgage lenders, to facilitate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 month of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Compensation

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commissions.

Working Hours

10AM - 7:00PM ( Tuesday to Sunday )
