Position Overview:
A proactive and hands-on IT Support Executive responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, user support, and hardware/software maintenance within the organization. The role includes monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure such as conference room equipment, server room hardware, user devices, and network connectivity. The position also involves administrative tasks in Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 (M365), providing remote and onsite technical support, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Checking conference room TV through USB & HDMI.
2) TMES quarantine mail observation
3) Connectivity checkup for all hardware in the server room.
4) Physical Server room check 2 times a day
5) Users laptop issues like hardware, software & requirement
6) Creating new users in AD & M365
7) Blocking & Resetting password in AD & M365
8) Remotely supporting users.
9) Communicating with vendors for material repairs.
10) Laptop Operating System installation

12) Resolving printer issue.
