Business Development Manager - Renovations

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Home Renovations, with Interior Design background, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks involve developing business strategies, conducting market research, managing projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Interior design background is required.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and lead generation.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, real estate agents, and interior designers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
