Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Analyst Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Ridhira Living - Building Worlds Largest Chain Of Wellness Themed Resort Living Communities. As a Quality Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role as a Quality Analyst Specialist
• Knowledge of outbound sales processes and call monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and quality assurance
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular call audits and monitor outbound sales calls to assess the quality of customer interactions
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the sales team
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the quality of sales calls
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
• Maintain and update quality monitoring databases and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
