Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agency representative to join our team in India. You will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include developing and managing relationships with clients and partners, identifying potential clients through networking and referrals, effectively presenting and demonstrating products/services, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. It will also involve maintaining accurate sales records in the CRM system and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools, a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Being self-motivated with a results-driven approach is essential.
This role offers various job types including full-time, part-time, permanent, fresher, internship, contractual/temporary, and freelance opportunities with a contract length of 36 months. The expected working hours should not exceed 48 per week.
