Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing the companys financial operations. This includes daily bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Accountant will monitor and analyze financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. The role is located in Jharsuguda.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Experience with daily bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Tax preparation and regulatory compliance skills

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
• Experience in the jewelry industry is an advantage
