- Holds Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 year's experience as BMS/ Sales coordinator in an Engineering/Construction Company
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in staff optimization and team development
- Advanced sales and customer service skills

- Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff
- Coordinating, training, and scheduling for sales staff
