Qualification
- Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics
- 4- 6 years experience in the BMS service sales.
- Proven technical Skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities & Strong Communication Skills
- Be proactive & Team player, Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills
- Must have extensive know-how on all site operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
- Effectively execute business strategies/policies to exploit the current market demand
- Explore new avenues of business such as new markets, customers, new products to expand the field of operation and enhance the volume of sales and profit.
- Annual Sales Targets & Revenue from New clients
- Effective relationships with contractors/ consultants/ customers
- Good people and time management skills
