Job Description
:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) division. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing within the construction or engineering industry, with a strong focus on MEP systems, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and architects in the MEP industry.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MEP products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for MEP solutions and services.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing and service offerings.
Monitor project progress and manage relationships with clients during project execution.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and leads, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the MEP or construction industry.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in MEP sales
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Must have own Visa
