Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team, this is a junior level position, This role involves managing training operations, creating engaging content, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate and manage end-to-end training operations, including data handling and stakeholder management.

? Develop and manage training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

? Develop and enhance content for classroom training programs, ensuring clarity and engagement

? Design video creation and editing for learning materials (basic level).

? Generate AI-assisted user content where applicable.

? Define training rosters, schedule sessions, and manage enablement activities.

? Track training attendance and maintain records in MS Excel and MS Office.

? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.

Skills & Tools Required:

? Content authoring tools: Articulate - Storyline, Rise

? Basic video making skills

? MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) basic level

? Strong people management and communication skills

? Familiarity with AI content generation tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

? Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)

? 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination

? Exposure to content marketing will be an advantage

? Certification from KPMG crash course (preferred)
