OfBusiness - Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. preferably with hands-on experience in API integrations. The ideal candidate will define and drive product strategies, optimize order management workflows, and enhance API-driven integrations for seamless B2B operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap - Define and execute a product roadmap for B2B order management, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and document requirements using Agile methodologies.
3. API Integration & Management - Work with engineering teams to develop, optimize, and integrate APIs with ERP, OMS, WMS.
4. Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in order processing, inventory sync, and
fulfillment workflows, and recommend automation strategies.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making - Monitor key metrics (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, API response times) and use insights to improve product performance.
7. UI/UX & Customer Experience - Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for B2B buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
8. Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging API-driven commerce innovations.
9. Product Launch & GTM Strategy - Oversee new feature rollouts, API enhancements, and partner integrations to drive adoption.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of product management experience in B2B or API-driven platforms.
2. Hands-on experience with API design, documentation, and integrations.
3. Experience with B2B platforms - Familiarity with ERP, OMS, WMS, procurement portals, or B2B marketplaces.
4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies - Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for sprint planning and backlog management.
5. Strong analytical skills - Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) and A/B testing frameworks.
6. UI/UX knowledge - Ability to work with designers to improve customer journeys and workflows.
7. Technical & Product Tools Proficiency - Experience with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch) and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
8. Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
