Job Description
Position: HR Payroll Executive
Experience : Min 2 Yrs in Payroll , attendance management
Education : Min Graduate
Location: Ulwe , Navi Mumbai
- Payroll Management: Process salaries, compute deductions/incentives, manage reimbursements, generate payslips, ensure timely tax/statutory deposits (PF, ESIC, PT).
- HR Operations: Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee data, attendance, and HRIS/payroll software.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, file statutory returns, and manage compliance audits.
- Employee Relations: Address payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and manage employee grievances.
- Reporting & Coordination: Generate payroll reports, liaise with Finance, and provide data for decision-making (MIS).
