Area Manager – Kerala | Ola Electric

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and business growth across the assigned territory.
• Own end-to-end operations across multiple retail stores.
• 
  Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales, conversion, productivity, and customer experience.
• Oversee after-sales operations across the assigned territory, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Drive service performance metrics, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and coordination between sales and service teams to enhance the ownership experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and resolve operational challenges.
• Identify local market opportunities and execute growth initiatives.
• Drive customer satisfaction and enhance the overall retail experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in retail sales and operations.
• MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 business school in India (e.g., IIMs, IITs, NMIMS, XLRI).
• Experience managing multiple stores and frontline teams.
• Strong exposure to COCO (Company-Owned Company-Operated) retail environments.
• Experience in D2C retail businesses preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
