Senior Manager - Business Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own Business Partnering to leaders within the Divisions/ Functions of GTM with focus on sales and revenue, providing commercial insight, analysis, and decision support to senior management
• Setting up over-all finance processes across GTM for Ola electric 2W
• Due diligence along with legal and regulatory teams to maximize the revenue given the limitations of FAME
• 
  Lead sales and revenue forecasting including the consolidation of inputs, formulation of assumptions, modeling of scenarios, sensitivity analysis, review and presentation of the results from a business perspective
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results & Recommending cost reduction strategies.
• Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that companys operational priorities are aligned with company mission, vision, values and direction
• Lead business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the business including Central Finance Functions and other Finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in business administration in finance from a Top B-schools or CA

Experience & Skills:

• 4 - 8 or more years experience in managing a similar role
• Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Interpersonal communication and team management
