Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
Turn fast, AI-enabled data into strategic market and consumer insights that enable customer engagement, shape portfolio choices, sharpen value propositions, and guide winning commercial strategies and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Enabled Insight Generation
- Use AI tools and analytics platforms to rapidly gather, integrate, synthesize, and validate consumer, market, social, and competitive insights.
- Ensure AI-generated insights are accurate, contextualized, and free of bias.
2. Storytelling, Content & Asset Development, Customer Engagement
- Turn complex insights into compelling, commercially relevant narratives that inspire action across commercial teams, using the "What, So What, Now What." Framework.

- GTM execution: development of marketing assets, content creation
- Facilitate co-creation workshops, roadshows, strategy sessions, and insight-to-action meetings.
3. Strategic Insight & Business Partnership
- Build a deep understanding of consumers, customers, channels, and competitors across the region.
- Ensure insight generation that guides portfolio strategy, innovation, category growth, and commercial decision-making.
- Translate data from multiple sources into clear implications and recommended actions for Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Leadership teams.
- Drive the development of "always-on" insight systems and dashboards
4. Innovation & Foresight
- Identify emerging consumer behaviors, category trends, and white spaces.

- Partner with R&D, Marketing & BD to guide idea generation, early-stage concepting, and proposition development.
- Use AI and rapid experimentation to test concepts, messages, and value propositions.
- Build scenarios and trend outlooks that help teams anticipate future needs and for marketing purposes.
5. Best Practice, Governance & Ethics
- Reframe business questions to ensure insight work addresses real growth opportunities.
- Ensure responsible use of consumer data, AI tools, and insight methodologies.
- Champion high standards of data accuracy, privacy, and ethical insight practices.
- Bring best-in-class insight methods, tools, and frameworks into the organization.
- Mentor colleagues on AI literacy, synthesis, and insight storytelling.
