Job Summary

• Developed Standard reports, reports using ALV Grids, BDC Concepts (Session and Transaction BDC), LSMW, User Exists and BADI’s (Enhancements), Dialog Programming, Sap Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe Forms, Function modules, Data Dictionary concepts, workflow, ALE, Idocs & Interface.


• HR ABAP Programming. Extensively worked on SF, PA, OM, Time & Payroll.


• Excellent skills configuring and customizing various HCM Modules i.e. Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS.


• Worked on SAP ESS/MSS modules of HR and in all sub modules of HR with specialization in Payroll. Also, worked on PCR’s in HR.


• Experience in Dynamic Actions for Mail triggering.


• Worked on enhancements and exits related to HR, MM and FI Modules.


• Worked on SAP S/4 HANA
  


• Worked On Fiori & OData.


• Performing unit testing of changes (configuration, custom, development, etc.)


• Providing prototypes and implementation of new functionality based on client needs


• Good communication skill
  

Profile Description

• 4+ years of experience and at least 2 (end to end implementation) in SAP HCM is preferred and working knowledge with other modules.


• Demonstrated proficiency in HCM functionalities, including experience in Other Modules.


• Strong integration & Interface knowledge with ECC and HANA


• Knowledge in S/4 HANA like CDS View, AMDP & SAC is added advantage


• CPI experience for integration is added advantage
