Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, generating and following up on leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves maintaining accounts, assisting with the sales process, and ensuring a positive customer service experience while meeting business objectives.Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
