A Little Bit About The Role

• FP&A analyst is a key role at OLIVER+. You will sit as part of our IIG Group Finance Team and involves working with different functions across the business to support Group initiatives.
• You will be seen as an expert and a go-to person for being able to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights and recommendations to support our aims and objectives.
• It is a great opportunity to be working within a global agency in a cross-functional setup across different countries.
  

What Youll Be Doing

• You will be working alongside the Group FP&A Director
• Developing a good understanding of our current data, business and being able to engage stakeholders effectively
• Your key responsibilities are:
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis as required.
• Recommends strategies for improving financial performance.
• Present detailed financial reports to managers.
• Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
• Collaborates with senior members of the Group and Regional accounting and finance teams.
  

What Youll Need

• Good knowledge and exposure to fundamental operations, finance and business MIS.
• Experience using tools like Netsuite, Workday Adaptive Insights, Zoho & PowerBI.
• Advanced level user of MS Excel (ability to use Pivot tables etc).
• Natural aptitude for problem solving.
