**About the Role**

Ollosoft is looking for a self-driven IT Sales Representative based in Jaipur to own the full sales cycle from finding leads to closing deals. You wont be handed a pipeline; youll build one. If you understand how to sell IT solutions across multiple channels and dont need someone pushing you to pick up the phone, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**

- Generate leads independently through outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and other channels

- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to deal closure

- Identify and engage potential clients across industries for IT services and technology solutions

- Understand client requirements, present tailored IT solutions, and handle objections effectively

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM tools

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

**Requirements**

- 34 years of experience in IT sales, tech solution selling, or B2B technology sales

- Proven track record of self-generating leads not dependent on inbound leads alone

- Strong understanding of multiple sales channels and when to use each

- Self-motivated and disciplined able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Hindi)

- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools

- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate

**Nice to Have**

- Existing network of IT buyers or decision-makers in the region

- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or custom software solutions

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social selling techniques
