Job Description

The Domestic IT Recruiter position based in Panjagutta, Hyderabad is a full-time opportunity for individuals with over 4 years of experience in domestic (India) end-to-end IT recruitment. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, mailing, and various social media platforms. Your expertise should lie in sourcing profiles solely within the domestic IT sector, whether IT or non-IT, and handling different types of staffing such as C2H, full-time, and contract roles.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of client interactions, permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and C2H placements. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating interviews and negotiating salaries with potential candidates. A minimum of six months of experience in domestic IT recruitment is mandatory for applicants interested in this position, particularly in hiring for roles within the Embedded and Semiconductor industries.
