Executive HR Operation

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive - HR Operation to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing comprehensive HR operations, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, compliance management and vendor relations.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate the joining process, ensure the collection of all required documents, and maintain an accurate employee database.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing them with a thorough understanding of company policies and culture.
• Ensure the timely addition and deletion of employees in insurance policies on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
• Oversee exit formalities, including clearance procedures and documentation.
• Address and resolve employee queries pertaining to HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations.
  
• Liaise with external vendors to coordinate HR-related services efficiently.
• Manage the processing and tracking of invoices related to HR services and vendor engagements.

Who were looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have an MBA from a reputed college/university.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
