Job Description

    You will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, whether through phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve identifying customer needs and assisting them in utilizing specific features. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting tests and exploring different scenarios. It will be essential to update our internal databases with information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions. Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and providing necessary assistance will also be part of your duties.
    Collaboration with team members is crucial, as you will need to share feature requests and effective workarounds with them. Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities, as well as following up to ensure resolution of their technical issues, will be integral to this role. Collecting customer feedback and communicating it to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams will also be a key responsibility. Moreover, you will play a part in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

    This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work schedule will primarily be in the morning shift. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role. The work location is in-person.,
