Full-time Senior Officer - Logistics position available at our client place based at Manesar, Gurgaon. Competitive salary and benefits. Join a dynamic team in a growing the compnay engage food segment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
- Implement and maintain logistics management systems to track inventory, shipments, and deliveries
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage and lead a team of logistics coordinators, assign tasks, and ensure smooth coordination
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and implement changes as necessary
- Maintain and review documentation related to logistics operations, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and requirements.
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in logistics management software and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
