Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at OM Tubes & Fittings Industries located in South Mumbai. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, overseeing account management, leading sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage in international calling to connect with potential clients.

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.

Set up meetings with potential clients and actively understand their requirements and expectations.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations about products and services.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve results.

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.

Demonstrate a passion for sales and a proactive attitude in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Proficiency in handling calls and emails for cold and warm leads.

Education: Any graduate from a recognized university.
