Location: Chennai | No.of Positions: 1

  • Responsible for P&L management and managing revenue and margins

  • Primary contact for questions relating to Client Services and Operations

  • Required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs Review reports/dashboards and investigate errors

  • Understand quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement

  • Manage large groups of professional billers, coders, leads & managers and oversee operational activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met
