Job Description
- Client Communication & Requirement Gathering
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding analytics projects.
- Lead discussions to understand business needs, reporting requirements, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Translate client needs into structured briefs for implementation team.
- Set expectations clearly on timelines, deliverables, and prioritisation.
- Project Planning & Timeline Management
- Build clear project timelines for analytics workstreams such as dashboards, attribution setup, CAPI, or CDP initiatives.
- Manage dependencies, milestones, risks, and follow-ups across teams.
- Ensure projects stay on track and all parties understand next steps and responsibilities.
- Maintain updated documentation and status reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with analytics teams, data engineers, media teams, and specialists.
- Align teams around project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Ensure proper quality checks are completed before client delivery.
- Media Understanding
- Understand the basics of digital media channels (paid social, search, programmatic, video).
- Interpret media KPIs and how they relate to dashboards and attribution.
- Understand how CAPI and CDP fit into the marketing ecosystem.
- Ask the right questions to ensure the analytics output reflects media realities.
- Deliverable Management
- Review dashboards, presentations, and attribution outputs for clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Support the preparation of performance summaries, project updates, and insights documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and usability standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Provide clear, professional communication at all stages of the project.
- Support leadership with project status summaries and risk escalation when needed.
- Solid understanding of digital media (social, search, display, video, programmatic, etc.).
- Experience working with or around media analytics (dashboards, reporting, attribution, or measurement projects).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Relevant years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media account management.
- Previous exposure to analytics tools or concepts (GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery, etc.).
