Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will develop strategies for market expansion, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored IoT solutions. The position allows flexibility with some remote work options.Qualifications
- Business development-related skills: Proven ability to identify and generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Sales and relationship management skills: Strong communication, networking, and client relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and strategic skills: Market research, competitor analysis, and the ability to develop actionable growth strategies.
- IoT and technology knowledge: Familiarity with IoT solutions, digital transformation, and building management systems is highly beneficial.
- General requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
