Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Business Intelligence
Conduct in-depth market research on fintech, NBFC, and financial services trends.
Identify business opportunities, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Analyze customer preferences, competitor strategies, and potential target segments.
Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team for data-driven decision-making.
2. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
Assist in preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports for performance tracking.
Gather, analyze, and present financial and operational data to evaluate business performance.
Work on data visualization dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Identify KPIs, growth metrics, and operational gaps for process enhancement.
3. B2B Tie-Ups & Partnership Support
Support the business development team in exploring B2B collaborations with banks, NBFCs, and fintech aggregators.
Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and partnership documents for potential partners.
Follow up with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, NDAs, and business tie-ups.
4. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Work with the operations team to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Participate in
workflow audits to enhance operational productivity.
Assist in designing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for better compliance and efficiency.
Support digital transformation initiatives to automate reporting, approvals, and customer service processes.
5. Business Growth & Strategy Execution
Collaborate with the strategy team to implement growth-oriented initiatives.
Analyze business funnels and customer acquisition metrics to improve conversions.
Support the leadership team in new product launches, pilot projects, and go-to-market plans.
Track business KPIs and provide insights to drive sustainable growth.
6. Leadership Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work directly under the leadership team to gain insights into business decision-making.
Coordinate with teams across finance, operations, marketing, risk, and technology.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management review meetings.
Gain exposure to lending operations, underwriting policies, and customer lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with financial statements, lending models, and fintech tools.
Basic understanding of MIS reporting, data analytics, and dashboards.
Knowledge of CRM tools and BI platforms will be an added advantage.
2. Analytical & Research Skills
Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and derive insights.
Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis effectively.
Attention to detail while managing multiple data-driven reports.
Capability to evaluate business opportunities and propose solutions.

3. Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and stakeholder management.
Ability to prepare professional presentations and research documents.
Good interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
4. Business Acumen
Keen interest in fintech, NBFC operations, digital lending, and payment solutions.
Awareness of regulatory guidelines, credit policies, and emerging financial products.
Understanding of B2B and B2C financial ecosystems.
