Job Description
- You are a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer who will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your main responsibility will be to create visually captivating and engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including videos, websites, social media, and presentations. Your work will be essential in enhancing our brand image, promoting products/services, and delivering impactful visual content to our audience.
You will be required to conceptualize, design, and produce innovative motion graphics and animations that align with project requirements and brand guidelines. Collaborating with the creative team, including video editors, graphic designers, and content creators, will be crucial in developing compelling visual stories and experiences. Utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator, you will create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
Your tasks will also include developing motion graphics for social media platforms, ensuring optimization for different aspect ratios and devices. It is important to stay updated on the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance the quality of motion graphics produced. Working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality is vital.
You should have a relevant academic qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics and animations is required. Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator, is essential. A solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography is necessary to create visually appealing animations.

Transforming complex concepts and ideas into visually engaging and easy-to-understand animations is a key skill. Knowledge of video editing software, like Adobe Premiere Pro, to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into videos is beneficial. You should bring a creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box to contribute fresh ideas. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are important.
Handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality is a must. You will also be involved in the creation of storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan the animation process. Collaborating with graphic designers and utilizing software to create high-end motion graphics are part of your role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, working on a day shift schedule.,
