We are currently seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. This role requires the ability to identify suitable candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication, as well as connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a US IT recruiter.

Good knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws concerning the US market.

Must be comfortable working in the EST shift.

Expertise in recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders.

Knowledgeable about US work visas like H1B, E3, and TN.

Familiarity with different US tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

Strong analytical skills and strong technical acumen are required.

Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills are required.

Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.

Should be proficient in English.

Need people with experience working on direct clients' and implementation partners' requirements.
